- Anything beyond what you booked gets a written estimate before we touch it. Ontario law caps the final bill at 10% over the estimate unless you agree.
- Waiting room or drop-off
- Most quick services are done while you wait. For brakes, drop off and we text when it's ready.
- Tire season
- April and late October fill up fast. Booking a bay online holds your time.
- Warranty
- Parts and labour are covered for at least 90 days or 5,000 km, the Ontario minimum. Longer coverage on many parts is written on your invoice.

Yes. Tell us your size and how you drive, and we quote two or three options before ordering.
Can I bring my own parts?
For tires and wiper blades, yes. For brakes we install parts we can warranty.
Do you work on hybrids?
Yes, for tires, brakes, and oil changes.
