How we work
- You see what we see
- Every inspection is photographed and texted to you, item by item, before we suggest any work.
- Nothing without your yes
- You approve each job from the report. Ontario law caps the final bill at 10% over the written estimate unless you agree.
- Same-day turnaround
- Drop off by 9 and most services are finished the same afternoon. If it will take longer, we tell you by noon.
- Warranty
- Parts and labour are covered for at least 90 days or 5,000 km, the Ontario minimum, and longer on many parts.

Questions
Do you work on electric cars?
Yes, for brakes, tires, suspension, cabin filters, and inspections. Battery and drive-unit repairs go to the dealer.
What does the photo report look like?
A text with a link: each item marked good, soon, or needs work, with a photo and a one-line note.
Can I wait at the shop?
For jobs under an hour, yes. For longer work, drop off and we'll text when it's done.
