My dad opened this shop in 1998, and I've been in the bays since I was sixteen. We still work the way he did: we look at the car, call you with a price, and don't start until you say yes.

What happens when you drop off your car
Drop off your keys
Park out front and leave the keys at the counter. Tell us what you're hearing, seeing, or feeling.
We look first
A technician inspects the car and works out what's wrong. If that takes diagnostic time, we quote it before we start.
We call you with a price
You get a written estimate for parts and labour by phone or text, with what is urgent and what can wait. Nothing is done until you say yes.
Pick up and pay
We text when it's ready and walk you through what we did. Old parts are yours to see if you want them.

Your rights and our promises
- Written estimates
- You get a written estimate before we start. Under Ontario law, the final bill cannot go more than 10% over it without your OK.
- Warranty on repairs
- Parts and labour are covered for at least 90 days or 5,000 km, the Ontario minimum. Many parts carry longer coverage; we write it on your invoice.
- A ride while you wait
- We can drive you home or to work in Brantford while your car is in the bay. Ask when you book.
- After-hours drop-off
- Leave your keys in the key drop slot by the office door with a note of what is wrong. We call you in the morning.

About the shop
The shop has been on Millrace Road since 1998: two bays, a small waiting room, and a parts counter where you can ask anything.
We work on most cars, vans, and light trucks. If a job is outside what we do well, we'll say so and point you to someone who does it every day.

Questions people ask at the counter
Can I wait while you work on my car?
Yes, for oil changes, tire swaps, and most inspections. For longer jobs we'll call you when it's ready.
Do you work on my make?
We service most cars, minivans, SUVs, and light trucks, including hybrids. Call with the year and model if you are not sure.
What if the repair costs more than the estimate?
We stop and call you first. We don't go over the price you agreed to without your OK.
How do I pay?
Debit, credit card, or e-transfer when you pick up.
