How drop-off works
- Drop off
- Bring the vehicle by 7 am, or use the key drop the night before.
- We call you
- We inspect, then call with a price. Nothing extra is done without your OK.
- Pick up
- Most maintenance and brake work is ready the same day. We text when it is done.
- Pay or invoice
- Debit and credit at pick-up, or monthly invoice for fleet accounts. Prices plus HST.

About the shop
Dock Door is a four-bay shop in an industrial unit near the airport. Half our work is company vans and pickups; the other half is people who live and work nearby.
We open at 7 so vans can be dropped before a route and picked up after it.
Questions
How many vehicles do I need for a fleet account?
Three or more. Call the fleet desk and we will set it up.
Do you do safety inspections for commercial vehicles?
We do safety inspections for light-duty vans and pickups. Ask the fleet desk about anything heavier.
Can you keep service records for each van?
Yes. Every visit is logged by plate and unit number, and you get a copy with each invoice.
