Booking notes

New colour clients
Book the free colour consultation first. We do a patch test at least 48 hours before any new colour.
Deposits
Colour appointments over two hours take a $50 deposit, which comes off your bill.
Cancelling
Please give us 48 hours for colour and 24 hours for everything else, so someone else can have the chair.
Prices
Prices start at the figure listed. Length, thickness, and stylist level can change the final price; we confirm it before we start.

The studio

Studio Ondine is a second-floor salon on Queen West with four chairs and a lot of light. We do considered cuts, colour that grows out well, and textured hair cut the way it actually sits.

Every new client starts with a short consultation, free.

Questions

Do you cut curly hair?

Yes. Jo cuts curls dry, one curl at a time. Book the curly cut so we plan the right amount of time.

How long does balayage take?

Usually about three hours, including a gloss. Long or very thick hair can take longer.

Is the studio accessible?

We're on the second floor up a flight of stairs, with no elevator. Call us and we'll talk through options.
