- New clients get a quick patch test 48 hours before a first full set, tint, or lamination.
- Come lash-ready
- Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Skip caffeine if you find it hard to keep still.
- Fills
- Fills need at least 40% of your lashes still in place, usually within two to three weeks.
- Deposits and cancelling
- Full sets take a $30 deposit, which comes off your total. Cancel 24 hours ahead to keep it.

Questions
How long do extensions last?
Your natural lashes shed every few weeks, so most clients book a fill every two to three weeks.
Will extensions damage my lashes?
Applied at the right weight and removed properly, no. Never pull them off; book a removal.
Can I wear mascara?
Not on extensions. With a lash lift, yes, after the first 24 hours.
