Relaxation, not treatment: Our practitioners are not registered massage therapists, so we don't treat conditions or provide receipts for insurance.
Arrive early: Come 10 minutes early for your first visit to fill out a short form about pressure and anything to avoid.
Changing or cancelling: Move or cancel at least 24 hours ahead and your deposit moves with you. Inside 24 hours, it's kept.
Your comfort: You are covered with a sheet the whole time, and you can stop or change pressure at any point.

Which length should I book?

Sixty minutes covers back, shoulders, and legs. Ninety adds time for feet, arms, and scalp. One-twenty is for when you want no rush at all.

Yes, by session length or amount. Ask when you book.
