How booking works
- Start with a consult
- Every custom piece starts with a free 30-minute consult, in person or by video, to plan size, placement, and sessions.
- Deposit
- A $150 deposit books your first session and comes off the final session. It moves once with 72 hours' notice.
- Drawings
- Your drawing is ready on the day. Changes happen together, before the stencil goes on.
- Age and ID
- 18 and older, with government photo ID, for every session.
The studio
Graylight is a two-artist studio working only in black and grey. Every piece is custom and drawn for you after a consult.
We book in advance, take our time, and keep the studio quiet.
Questions
Do you do colour?
No. We work only in black and grey, and we're happy to recommend colour artists.
How many sessions will my piece take?
We estimate at your consult. Most forearm pieces take two to three sessions.
Can I bring a design from the internet?
Bring it as reference. We won't copy another artist's tattoo, but we'll draw something of your own.
